The Nordic area at Cypress Mountain ski area includes 19 km of groomed and track set trails. Of that, 7.5 km is lit for night skiing. Cypress hosts Canada's largest ski school, offering lessons in both skate and classic skiing. Out in the trails is Hollyburn Lodge, whose history dates back to 1926. The lodge contains a cafeteria and acts as a social hub for users of the Nordic area.
The trailhead area has large parking areas as well as the ticket office, ski and snowshoe rentals, a cafe, and washrooms. The area is generally open for skiing from November to March/April, depending on snow conditions. Full-day trail tickets for adults are $32.
