Cassini Cellars is a fifteen-acre vineyard and planted by Adrian Cassini, owner and winemaker. Adrian developed the vineyard and sourced grape plant cuttings from other vineyard’s best cuttings. Once they rooted, he planted them in his own vineyard.
The winery boasts a grand tasting room located on the Golden Mile, with a 33 foot bar and windows on the walls so that guests can view the barrel cellar and the tank cellar.
From 2009 to 2019 Cassini Cellars has won 244 awards.
