"A Binocular located on the Rocher Corneille platform, which will allow you to admire the city of Puy-en-Velay and its surroundings.

The Rocher Corneille is a basalt neck 132 meters high culminating at 741 meters in Puy-en-Velay.

At its base are the historic center of the city of Puy-en-Velay and the wood of the Grand Séminaire at its rear, classified as a classified site by decree of June 20, 1910 with an area of 2.63 ha.

At its summit stands the monumental statue of Notre-Dame de France built in the 19th century, from cannons captured during the siege of Sébastopol and on the plans of Jean-Marie Bonnassieux."
