"Casa Colomera is a four-story house at number 3, Plaza de las Tendillas . It was built by Félix Hernández Giménez in 1928 and is considered a modernist symbiosis between a manor house on the first two floors, with the second two floors being apartments.
The Colomera house has one of the entrances to the well-known Lago de las Tendillas
In September 2016, the agreement for the sale by the owner family for the construction of a hotel of the H10 chain was known, beginning the works at the beginning of 2018."
