This hotel was built sometime in the 1960s (actual date undetermined) and has graced the location near the intersection of US 22 and PA route 309 for as long as I can remember (I first lived in the area in 1984). Since then, it has been a Holiday Inn (I stayed here in the 1984 timeframe), a Days Inn, and Econo Lodge and is now the Park View Inn.
The googieness is exemplified by the high glass A frame (which has an unusual sculpture hanging from the apex), and adjoining roofed carport and the low flat construction of many of the outlying hotel room buildings. There is a convention hall, which is most often used for gun shows nowadays, but will also have comic cons as well.
