This labyrinth is found at Schreiner University, 2100 Memorial Blvd./TX-27, Kerville, TX 78028. The campus is south of downtown Kerrville, with its main entrance accessed forming a junction with Memorial Blvd. Turn off of Memorial Blvd. into the entrance drive onto the campus. Turn left on Acorn Drive and proceed northward until your reach the West Dietert. Turn right and go to the front of the Junkin Campus Ministry Center. The labyrinth is on the east/left side of the building when facing the front entrance.

The Schreiner University labyrinth has a low, curved wall along its northern and easter portion of the labyrinth. The west side is the Ministry Center. A sidewalk from the south leads visitors into the open area where the entrance into the labyrinth's path begins. This labyrinth is a medieval style, 7-circuit circular design with a 30 foot diameter. The pathway is red crushed granite with uniformly cut white stone for the edges. The path is level and wider than most 7-circuit labyrinths. A low wall gives a visual boundary and forms a comfortable space within an area that could have crowds of people entering and exiting the Junkin Campus Ministry Center. When entering the path, the walker is facing away from the Ministry Center and is looking outward into a wide open manicured lawn. Entering the center circle places the walker in the same position of viewing a large open lawn area.

The pathway to the labyrinth's center is designed to complement the concept that walking a labyrinth allows you to meditate and release your tensions and worries on the way in. At the center, you can leave those frustrations there and can return on the same path back with a more relaxed attitude of hope and contentment.
