ES: "Cerca de la Iglesia de San Andrés se abre la pequeña plaza del mismo nombre, lugar centrado por esta hermosa fuente barroca. Cuatro son los caños que precipitan el agua sobre la taza superior. De ésta vuelven a surgir para derramarse al pilón octogonal que sirve de base. Según los datos encontrados fue realizada en 1664 para la plaza del Salvador, trasladándose dos siglos más tarde a su emplazamiento actual. Hasta 1813 estuvo coronada por el escudo del imperio francés, el águila, el cual fue destruido por borrar el recuerdo de Napoleón Bonaparte."
EN: "Near the Church of San Andrés lies the small square bearing the same name, with this charming Baroque fountain in the centre. The water flows from four spouts into the upper part, and then finally falls into the octagonal base. According to the records, it was built in 1664 for the Plaza del Salvador, and moved two centuries later to its present spot. Until 1813 there was a coat of arms showing an eagle, the symbol of the French Empire, on the top, but this was destroyed to erase the memory of Napoleon Bonaparte."
