The reason that it is tethered to a few 'star-pickets', hitched up to an authentic wooden dray is to model one of the leather saddles produced by the Winning Edge Custom Saddles business just behind the 'setup' in the light brown brick 'flat-roofed' square-based building to the eastern side of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration business. There is also a billboard that advertises: Horse Rugs, Saddle Pads, Riding Accessories, Bridles, Footwear (Twisted Boots), Hats & Clothing, and Rodeo Equipment.
