Der historische Pranger der Stadt Hall
Angelehnt an den Marktbrunnen befindet sich auf einer Art Kanzel der gotische Pranger aus den Jahren 1509 - 1511. An ihm wurden leichtere Vergehen gebüßt, bei denen der Delinquent mit einem Mahnschild "an den Pranger" gestellt und somit der Schande und Demütigung der Stadtbewohner ausgesetzt wurde.
Es ist ein Halseisen am Pranger angebracht.

The historic pillory of the town of Hall
Leaning against the market fountain, on a kind of pulpit, is the Gothic pillory dating from 1509 - 1511. It was used to punish minor offences, where the delinquent was placed "in the pillory" with a warning sign and thus exposed to the shame and humiliation of the townspeople.
A neck iron is attached to the pillory.
