The Kennedy Peak trailhead is a roadside parking trailhead at Edith Gap, the bonus is the view to the east. Plan to have a back-up hike if the spaces are taken. The hike first follows the Massanutten Trail then follows the Kennedy Peak Trail. It is smooth in some sections but generally it is all rocky. The 360 views at the top are great and the shelter there with a rooftop deck makes this spot more enjoyable. Pack a snack, enjoy the hike and views!
