Bell Starr Cave and Falls is on the east side of a country road, about ten miles northeast of Newkirk. There is no place to park save the side of the road, but a path leads up to the falls, and then you can climb above the falls to see the cave (which was allegedly used as a hideout by the notorious outlaw, hence the name). Alas, the fall was but a trickle on the day of my visit.
