The azimuth mark is located on the north side of County Road Pp. It appears to have been hit by heavy machinery at some point in the past; the round concrete monument that the disk is set in has been tilted and there is abundant cracking in the concrete at the top of the monument surrounding the disk.

From the junction of State Highway 59 and County Road 0 at N39 34.019 W102 52.062, drive west for 5.0 miles. The azimuth mark is on the right (north) side of the road, and is set in the top of a round concrete monument that has been tilted significantly as the result of a hit by heavy farming machinery.
