This friezes are in a Monument dedicated to Bishop Fray Albino for the work he did in the Campo de la Verdad. It has one statue and three reliefs in bronze.
It was inaugurated on December 14 , 1969 in the place where it is currently located, Plaza de Santa Teresa in one side of the river.
