Photos taken on 26 May 2023. The inscription says, "(On east wall:) UNITED STATES OF AMERICA/MEDAL OF HONOR MEMORIAL (On west wall:) FOR CONSPICUOUS GALLENTRY AND INTREPIDITY/AT THE RISK OF LIVE ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY". Taken from the website, "A roofless stone structure with a rectangular fountain and reflecting pool in the center. The fountain jets are mounted in a beam across the top of the reflecting pool, and their spray creates a wall of water. The inside walls of the structure are covered with black granite inscription panels listing the names of Medal of Honor recipients and the campaign for which they fought. Embedded in the walkway at the front of the memorial are the service emblems representing the five branches of the armed forces."
