This is one of several mausoleums encicrling Johnson Lake, in the southwest corner of Oak Hill Cemetery. The Duncan mausoleum is on the southeast side of the lake. The entrance faces the lake, and is sealed by an iron door decorated by crossed leafy branches tied by a ribbon.
