The Marysville power plant no longer exists having been imploded in 2015. For about 80 years the coal-fired plant helped provide electricity to the greater Detroit area. Before the diesel era, steam engines were used to move the coal to the Marysville plant from St Clair - just a few miles downriver. No. 203 was retired from service in 1957 and donated to the city of Marysville the next year. It was placed in the Marysville Municipal Park. After years of neglect, the engine was given a new coat of paint in 2017.
