Ce kiosque surplombe le parc des anciens combattants de Brownsburg-Chatham. Le belvédère est daté mais offre un endroit pour s'abriter du soleil ou de la pluie lors des cérémonies du jour du Souvenir ainsi que d'autres activités qui se déroulent sur le site.
