This monument celebrates 100 years for the Rotary Club of Dyersburg. The concrete marker is in front of three flagpoles, flying the US Flag, the Tennessee Flat, and the Rotary Flag.
This plaque is behind the flagpoles in the shrubs and you might have to do a little shrub-whacking to reach it. The plaque directly in front of the flagpoles is an award for perfect attendance!
