This road side park hosts many information signs and exhibits related to the Hollis CCC camp that was once here. Among those is information on Arkansas' "Scenic 7" Byway, which is a 190 mile long stretch of Highway 7 that travels through two National Forests, a National Park, and a National River. This route is designated as both a National Forest Scenic Byway and an Arkansas State Scenic Highway. Sites encountered include the Ouachita Mountains, the Ozark Plateau, and the Arkansas River Valley.
