[ES] Placa de bronce, tiene la Rueda de Oro centrada en la parte superior. El monumento está diseñado a modo de atril, situado sobre un pedestal en forma de columna de aproximadamente un metro de alto.

Tiene la inscripción en inglés y en castellano.

La inscripción pone:

”Conmemoración de la ayuda española a la
Independencia de los Estados Unidos de América

Esta placa conmemora la ayuda española a los Estados Unidos de América entre 1776 y 1783. Su Majestad el Rey Carlos III proporcionó apoyo diplomático por medio del Conde de Floridablanca y del Conde de Aranda y expediciones militares y navales al mando de Bernardo de Gálvez en el Golfo de México. España también aportó ayuda económica para suministros, como cañones, pólvora, tiendas de campaña, uniformes, quinina y alimentos, distribuidos a través de La Habana y México. El 27 de octubre de 1795 se firmó el Tratado de Amistad, Fronteras y Navegación en el Real Monasterio de San Lorenzo de El Escorial, formalizando así una duradera relación diplomática de colaboración. El importante papel desempeñado por España durante la Guerra de la Independencia de Estados Unidos es reconocido con agradecimiento.”

It has the inscription in English and Spanish.

The inscription says:

Spain's important role during the American War for Independence is acknowledged with gratitude.
