The monument consists of a large wall under a framework canopy.
Those who served are indicated by 3" by 6" plaques on which their name, rank, service, theater served in, decorations etc. are listed. We observed plaques for those who served from the Civil War up to and including those from Iraq and Afghanistan.
The memorial was completed in 2017.

Description of Memorial: The memorial consists of a large " Wall of Honor" located under a wooden roof. It is open on all sides.
The memorial consists of individual plaques affixed to the fall, indicating name, theater served in, etc.
