La rivière Richelieu (en abénaqui: Masoliantekw) est une rivière prenant sa source du lac Champlain, coulant vers le nord et se déversant dans le fleuve Saint-Laurent. Autrefois appelée la « rivière des Iroquois » puis « rivière Chambly », elle est le principal cours d'eau de la région administrative de la Montérégie, au Québec.

The Richelieu River (in Abenaki: Masoliantekw) is a river originating from Lake Champlain, flowing north and emptying into the St. Lawrence River. Formerly called the "river of the Iroquois" then "river Chambly", it is the main watercourse of the administrative region of Montérégie, in Quebec.
