Note what appears to be a knock-off Woodmen of the World tree trunk for her husband, Dr. C.H. Mitchell, buried next to her. There could be a buried or missing base with the organizational emblem and the tools that are typically atop the trunk, or someone simply matched the Woodmen theme when he passed on twelve years later.
The family name, "Mitchell", is on the plinth, and below the gate into Heaven and the Woodmen Circle emblem is this inscription:
