Peter Harridge's bench can be found on west side of the boating lake in the Mooragh Park between the lake and the St. Paul’s Property Services Planter.

Peter Harridge's bench has two doves flying over some poppies, both with olive branches in their beaks.

The words 'Lest We Forget' are also included in the design.

The rectangular plaque attached to the backrest carries the following dedication:

‘In loving memory of my
Wonderful husband
Peter Harridge
27.7.49 – 20.7.20
He loved this Island and visited regularly
Gone but never forgotten
Death Leaves a heartache no one else can heal,
Love Leaves memories no one can steal.’

The bench is positioned on a concrete area a little off the path around the lake and offers excellent views over the lake and up to The Albert Tower.
