September 11, 2017
"Andrea Lynn Harms, 52, (known to friends and family as Lynn) of St. Charles/Boonville passed away Monday, Sept. 11 at her home.
"Lynn Harms was born in St. Charles, Missouri, on November 16, 1964, the daughter of George E. Strunk and Betty June Schieffer Selvaggio. Lynn married Phil Harms on May 30, 2015 in Boonville at the Hain House.
"Lynn loved life to fullest and never really knew a stranger. Her enthusiasm and personal interests included serious photography, astronomy, St. Louis Cardinals, attending concerts and collecting music and memorabilia, traveling, and being with her friends and family. She worked at the Historic Hotel Frederick as the front desk clerk for the last 10 years. Lynn also enjoyed working as a volunteer as a Secretary for the Katy Bridge Coalition as well as being a member of the International Turtle Association. She loved animals of all kinds, especially her cats Addy and Boo, her turtle Yertle, and her little dog Cosmo.
"Lynn is preceded in death by her mother, Betty Selvaggio. She is survived by her father, Bud Strunk, her husband, Phil Harms, brother, Bude Strunk of St. Charles, MO., and sister, Vicki Muckerman and husband Chris of Boonville, as well as nieces, nephews, many cousins, and many many friends. She will dearly be missed by all." ~ Howard Funeral Home
