Its construction was completed in 1936 and, although at first glance, it looks like a building of neoclassical architecture, with a little attention, it appears as an example of Art Deco in Malaga (opulent type).
The details that reveal him as a member of this current are the square medallions between the windows, the letters and suns on the frieze and balconies, as well as the straight lines of the cornice railing and the revision of the Corinthian column.
