Vulcans will be well known to any fan of Star Trek.
Vulcans live by logic and reason while removing emotion. They are an integral part of the Star Trek universe, first appearing in the pilot episode.
Vulcans have pointy ears and up swept eyebrows and gained a green hue when they started to appear in colour.
The Vulcan salute is a hand gesture consisting of a raised hand with the palm forward and the thumb extended, while the fingers are parted between the middle and ring finger. They also say "live long and prosper" when making the salute.
Lenard Nimoy was the most famous of all the Vulcans.
Who would have known when they named this quiet little street in Guildford that the Star Trek shows would have still been made today
