DE: 1979 erschuf der Künstler Gottfried Büttner die Skulptur "Windspiel", die aus mehreren, teils dunkel lackierten Edelstahlbögen besteht, die sich im Windzug unterschiedlich schnell drehen. Zudem richtet sich der äussere Bogen nach der vorherrschenden Windrichtung aus. An der Säule, auf die das Windspiel montiert wurde, befindet sich eine Richtungsanzeige, so dass man die grobe Windrichtung erkennen kann.

Insgesamt ist die Skulptur etwa 4m hoch und wiegt etwa 200kg. Ende 2017 wurde die Skulptur aufwändig restauriert, da die Dichtungen verschlissen waren und so die internen Wellen und Lager dem Wetter ausgesetzt waren. Am 20. Januar 2018 wurde die Skulptur wieder an ihrem Platz an der Ostseepromenade gegenübder dem Hotel Hübner aufgestellt.
