At the base behind the left footing of this arch (when entering) is a memorial stone dedicating this arch to Richard G. Heinrichs, Sr. and his wife, Elizabeth S. Heinrichs. This husband and wife team were the founders of this Unity Church of the Hills.

The red granite memorial stone for this arch reads as follows:

This freestanding arch is about 75 feet across from end to end. The church grounds also offer a Peace Pole and a labyrinth in addition to this freestanding arch.
