The current St. Ninian's Scottish Episcopal Church was built in 1988 to replace the original building built in 1916 which was established by the Royal Navy. The brown stucco covered building has a gable roof and is five bays wide. The second bay has a set of steps leading up to a projecting pavilion entrance which is framed by fieldstone and covered with a gable roof. Directly above the entrance is a bell tower with a gable roof. The first, third and fifth bays have a triple vertically oriented window with white trim. The fourth bay has a triple window with the center window flanked by smaller windows. There is a gable roof over this window. There is an auxiliary entrance on the west gable end.
To the west of the entrance is a granite cornerstone which is inscribed:
