Plaque text:
"This Craftsman Style residence was completed in 1912 and has several distinguishing features including a curved upper-story balcony, random stone foundation and entry porch and oversize brackets. The building was rehabilitated as a new multiple family dwelling in 1994. The new building to the east and the two new rear yard coach house dwellings, which complement the style and finishes of the original heritage structure, were completed in 1995. The scheme was designed by James Hancock Architects."
