Flying Heart Brewery and Pub is housed in the former Bossier City Fire Station #6. A memorial to city workers (including two firefighters) who died in the line of duty is at the northwest corner of the pub; the associated dedicated magnolia tree, now nearly sixty years old, is at the center of the outdoor dining area. They offer a fairly full menu of appetizers, and craft beers brewed on site include Firehouse Blonde, Louisiana Amber, and Black Heart Ale.
