Three bells are hung from a frame which resembles the outline of a bell. Three star shaped cutouts are strung together to form the wind chime sail and are hung from the clappers of the lower two bells. The frame is painted red, white and blue. The Bells and Stars sculpture is located on “Sculpture Row” in Holland.
