This is the AZ mark for GG0741 Miami 2, which is (or at least was) by the cluster of old hangars to the southeast that are no longer part of the airport. This mark is between the two runways, so check in with the airport office before venturing out into the danger zone. The disk is stamped MIAMI 2 and the year 1970.
