12.5 MILES WEST ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 63 FROM THE SOUTHERN RAILWAY STATION AT ARTHUR, CLAIBORNE COUNTY, 4.3 MILES WEST OF THE POWELL VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL, 2.1 MILES EAST OF THE SPEEDWELL CHURCH, AT THE POINT WHERE THE HIGHWAY RELOCATION PROJECT JOINS THE OLD ROAD, AND IN THE TOP OF THE NORTH HEADWALL OF A NEW CONCRETE CULVERT. A STANDARD DISK, STAMPED U 132 1936.
