This is an interesting variant made up of two large stumps and a smaller one in the center. An open book separates the stumps at the top, and below, the Woodmen of the World emblem is complemented by branches. The monument stands upon a marble plinth and marble base, and on the plinth, the inscription reads:
Jubal D. Lamb
Born Feb. 5, 1891 Died April 7, 1918
Rest dear Jubal till we come.
