Dieser Kunstautomat befindet sich in der Kasernenstraße in der Bonner Altstadt am "Hotel Deutsches Haus". Er wurde im Rahmen des Projekts "Kunst!apparat" vom Bonner Kunstatelier diseinerei aufgestellt.

Bei dem Projekt werden ausgediente Zigarettenautomaten zu Kunstautomaten umgestaltet und umfunktioniert. Statt Zigaretten kann man dort nun kleine Kunstobjekte wie Malereien, Collagen, Drucke, Textilien, Skulpturen, Basteleien und vieles mehr erwerben. Viele der verwendeten Materialien stammen aus alten, gebrauchten und recycelten Gegenständen. Jedes Kunstobjekt ist ein Unikat und immer eine Überraschung für den Käufer. Vier Euro kostet ein Objekt bzw. eine Packung mit mehreren Objekten. Inzwischen (2023) hat die diseinerei 8 solcher Kunstautomaten im ganzen Bonner Stadtgebiet aufgestellt.

Die Kunstobjekte stammen aktuell von den Bonner Künstlern Ina Lehnertz, Heike Nienhaus, Leonie Nienhaus, Guido Scholz, Charlotte Schwarz-Sierp, Georg Ehrmann, Barbara Ehrmann, Daniel Bandholz und Kathrin (boNNotes).

This art vending machine is located on Kasernenstraße in Bonn's old town at the "Hotel Deutsches Haus". It was set up by the Bonn art studio diseinerei as part of the "Kunst!apparat" project.

In the project, disused cigarette vending machines are being redesigned and converted into art vending machines. Instead of cigarettes, you can now buy small art objects such as paintings, collages, prints, textiles, sculptures, handicrafts and much more. Many of the materials used come from old, used and recycled items. Each art object is unique and always a surprise for the buyer. An object or a pack with several objects costs four euros. In the meantime (2023) diseinerei has set up 8 such art machines throughout the city of Bonn.

The art objects are currently from the Bonn artists Ina Lehnertz, Heike Nienhaus, Leonie Nienhaus, Guido Scholz, Charlotte Schwarz-Sierp, Georg Ehrmann, Barbara Ehrmann, Daniel Bandholz and Kathrin (boNNotes).
