This chapel is a square building, does not look like a chapel. It is open inside. NO chairs, no pews. There is an altar, and services are held here from time to time for burial services.
As for my fathers service, everyone had to stand, and a short benediction was held. NO regular masses are said here.

The entrance is double doors, so the casket can pass through, there is a garage door on the east side, for storage of caskets in frozen weather, with interment is spring. On the west side, access from the outside are two rest rooms.

Cemetery of Our Lady is owned by the Archdiocese of St. Louis.

The Cemetery of Our Lady was established in 1975 when the Archdiocese of St. Louis purchased 350 acres of rolling and partially wooded land along Lake Saint Louis Boulevard and Orf Roads. The land was later dedicated on November 14, 1976 by Cardinal John Joseph Carberry. It was the first Catholic cemetery opened by the Archdiocese in over 50 years.

Originally, it was named Our Lady of Miraculous Medal Cemetery.
