Geodetic Survey of Canada benchmark disc is reported to be located on the "Hamilton-Wentowrth Parks Board Building in Churchill Park". There is a small washroom building in Churchill Park which fits perfectly with the description provided in the Station Report (below). However, the Benchmark is not visible. I am confident that it is buried beneath the paving stone walkway that must have been installed at some later date. In the second photo, my GPS is sitting approximately above where I expect the Benchmark to be located.
Station report available in the Passive Control Network database, which described the location as: "Hamilton-wentworth parks board building in churchill park, at west side of parkside drive, 7.6 m north of and opposite the end of devon place, tablet in south concrete foundation wall midway between washroom entrances, 18 cm below brick, 1.5 m above road level".
