Our visit to Kimonos was outstanding. The wait was only 10 minutes and with the outdoor waiting area the kids could see the chefs at work preparing other tables foods in the Teppanyaki cooking style which is often confused with hibachi. They still perform many of the same showmanship maneuvers of flipping shrimp and the steam onion Choo Choo train but it is slightly refined. Menu options are also similar with a choice of chicken, steak, shrimp, mahi-mahi, and tofu. The rice is outstanding.
