The former Zion Methodist Church traces its roots to 1878 when the church was built. Following realignment in 1925, the congregation opted to join the new United Church of Canada.
Services were conducted here until about the 1990's, when dwindling membership necessitated the amalgamation and relocation of the congregation to nearby Campbellford.
Today, the building has been repurposed and now is home to the Church Key microbrewery, a very successful enterprise.
