The parish church of Trinity Gask was dedicated to the Holy Trinity and a medieval church was erected after being set up by Earl Gillebrigje II of Strathearn from 1221-23.

The current building was built in 1770 thought to be north of its original, and is a simple rectangular church in white harling. The churchyard surrounds the building on a gentle south facing slope towards Strathearn and the Ochil Hills. It contains over 200 graves with the most recent to the north of the church. The site lies four miles to the north-east of the town of Auchterarder and entry is from a gate on the western side next to the public road.
