WWI memorial plaque in St John's church, St John's in the Vale, consisting of a rectangular tablet with a gold and stone tesserae border. The incised inscription has names of those who served in three columns, and names of those who died in two columns.

The inscription reads -
THE GREAT WAR 1914 - 1919
