Robert Pershing Wadlow is the tallest man who ever lived with a height of 8'11" at the age of 22. This statue is life-size and standing next to it makes one feel short. The chair sculpture is a replica of a custom made chair which was built when a furniture company owner noticed how uncomfortable it was for Robert to sit in normal sized chairs.
