An eye-catching mural along Albert Street on the side of a concrete-block building decorates what would otherwise be a blank wall with a message of cross-cultural understanding and friendship.
A large green sea turtle carries important Indigenous symbols of feathers and a bull skull on its back. Two hands, one brown with a beaded bracelet and feathers, grasps another white hand with a charm bracelet of European flags (German, British, French and Netherlands) in a handshake. The bottom third of the turtle's shell has two faces one of an Indigenous woman and the other of a European woman, facing each other.
