The light-orange brick single storey building is part of the Parish of Ipswich. It is of unknown symmetrical design, with a peaked facade surmounted with a 'Novgorodsky Cross', with additional crosses atop the white-painted entrance from the street. Below the facade-mounted of St Joseph is a square shutter, presumedly to protect a stained glass window. To the right of the centre of the street-frontage is a dark grey marble tablet for the Foundation Stone, which has the following relief engraved inscription:
