"Created in 1984 by Father Léon and Pierre Duponchel, it is part of the“ social and solidarity economy ”branch of the Emmaüs movement. In France, with its tens of thousands containers for donations, it is the leader in collection textile.

Le Relais, part of the “social and solidarity economy” branch of the Emmaüs movement, is a cooperative and participatory society (Scop) with a mode of governance with a social goal.

Thus, thanks to donations, the Relais reintegrates people in a situation of exclusion and creates local jobs. A major player in the sphere of the Social and Solidarity Economy, it has thus created more than 2,240 jobs since 1984 for the most excluded on French territory.

You can leave small bags, filled with clothing and linens, shoes, small leather goods (handbags, belts) in the "Relais" containers."
