This counting display is located inside the Garland Central Library at 625 Austin St. in downtown Garland, Texas.
The unfortunate reality of recycling is that everybody does it, and there is almost no market for recycled items. It's MUCH better for the environment not to use plastic water bottles at all. This counting display at a water fountain allows patrons to refill their personal water bottles, thereby "saving" the need to throw away a one time use bottle.
