This small rectangular church is situated in rural Perthshire in Scotland, four miles to the north of the town of Auchterarder, and eight miles west of the city of Perth. It encompasses the parish of Trinity Gask and Kinkell, which united in the mid 17th century.
The first church on the site was granted by Earl Gillebrigje of Strathearn in 1221-23 to the Abbey of Inchaffrey and dedicated to the Holy Trinity.
The current church was built in 1770 thought to be slightly north of its medieval predecessor. It is a simple rectangular building with added extensions of a porch, office and vestry. The original stonework of the walls has been covered with white harling, and the roof is slated. The most prominent feature is the bellcote on the western gable which contains a bell dated from 1838. Trees and shrubbery mostly obscure the south elevation which overlooks the sloping ground of the churchyard falling towards Strathearn.
The church remains in use with a service on Sundays at 10.00am.
