Bradley Kiser built his Super 66 Service Station in 1930, then in downtown Alanreed. As progress passed the town by, this station faded into obscurity. At some point the roof over the service bay on the west side of the station collapsed. For a while the station was being maintained by the Texas Historical Route 66 Association, but it does not appear that any caretakers have been here for several years. The inside doesn't appear to have been occupied since the 1970s. However, the door lock is firm and all of the glass is still intact. There is a green and white Texaco pump on the east side, and a white Texaco pump on the south side.
